Your Health is of Primary Importance
Rule #1 is to take care of yourself first. The first step in taking care of yourself is to take care of your health. This is the number one act of personal responsibility, self-respect, and self-love.
You may tend not to notice your body when it is functioning properly. When your body does not work, it is hard to notice anything else at all.
Your mental and emotional health are as important as your physical health.
Everything you do either supports your health, or sabotages it.
It is absolutely imperative that you recognize the primary importance of your health, on all levels. Seek to cultivate and maintain your health.
