Trickle, Trickle, Trickle, Flood
Drops of water condense on the needles of pine trees, high in the mountain forests, until they are heavy enough to fall to the forest floor.
These drops of water collect together, and gravity entices them to trickle downhill, from the mountains towards the sea.
You already see where we’re going with this.
Eventually, tributaries are formed, which trickle towards the creeks. The creeks are tributaries, which trickle towards the streams.
The streams trickle towards the rivers, then, the rivers flood the plains, before arriving at the sea.
