Have a Firm Handshake
Now, don’t be one of those obnoxious people who tries to crush the hand or dislocate the shoulder of your counterpart whose hand you are shaking.
But also don’t be a wet noodle without a firm grasp.
Face the other person squarely, grab their hand fully and firmly, palm to palm, applying sufficient pressure but not too much, look them squarely in the eyes, smile kindly, shake one, two or three times, then let go.
