Friends! This is the longest chapter of the new book.
The main theme is grappling with the subconsciously held, self-limiting belief that “I’m not good enough”.
Most folks carry some amount of self-doubt with them. Where does it come from? How does it limit us? And most importantly, what can we do to overcome it?
Pride and shame are two sides of the same coin – feeling like you are not good enough.
What if we could simply reside in a true knowing that we are good enough?
That is what this chapter is about.
To be honest, this is the greatest challenge of my life. I am still working on it, and that is why I have given it so much thought.
