It is common for each side in a conflict to blame the other side for the conflict. However, rarely are conflicts one-sided.

The next time you find yourself in conflict with someone, consider what role you have played. Perhaps you are the transgressor, or cause of the conflict. Your role is probably at least 50%, if not 100%.
